The main task
– Supervise construction on site to ensure proper technique, quality, labor safety and hygiene, on schedule...
– Manage and supervise all activities on the construction site.
– Guide construction teams to ensure proper techniques, progress, and labor safety and hygiene.
– Establish a detailed schedule, organize construction according to plan to ensure progress as committed.
– Responsible for technical aspects, quality, volume, labor safety and environmental sanitation on the construction site.
– Take off volumes, combine with the payment department to prepare payment documents with investors, calculate volumes for labor teams;
– Other tasks are performed as assigned by direct managers.
Remuneration
– Salary + site allowances, attractive bonuses (specifically discussed during the interview process).
– Participate in social insurance according to State regulations.
General requirements:
– University degree in civil and industrial construction majors;
– Have 2 years experience in a similar position
- Good conversational English
– Master relevant standards to serve construction supervision
– Agile, hard-working spirit;
– Enthusiastic, able to work under high pressure;
– Work location: City. Ho Chi Minh and other neighboring provinces
