BEN Joint Stock Company is participating in the execution of the King George Hotel & Entertainment Complex Project in Da Lat City, with a total package value of approximately 140 billion VND and a construction duration of 24 months.
The project is a premium hotel, service, and entertainment complex built on Da Lat's characteristic hilly and sloped terrain, which demands synchronized technical solutions from the foundation stage to the structural framework.
BEN's scope of work includes the construction of bored piles, diaphragm walls, underground structures, and other construction items in accordance with the approved schedule. During execution, BEN concurrently coordinates with the developer, design consultant, and relevant stakeholders to control quality, progress, and investment efficiency.
Leveraging its experience in executing high-technical-requirement projects, BEN aims to ensure safety, quality, and progress, contributing to the realization of a new landmark hotel and entertainment complex in the heart of Da Lat City.
